1. Purpose

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures of refurbished PCs sold by Revalo to its business clients. It is valid for 12 months from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. In that case, the specific warranty period is shown on the corresponding invoice.

2. Coverage

The warranty applies exclusively to the following hardware components:

  • Processor, motherboard, memory (RAM), hard drive/SSD, power supply.
  • Screen and keyboard in case of a proven hardware malfunction.
  • Labour for repairing or replacing faulty parts.
  • Battery: 6-month warranty from the invoice date. The client has this period to report abnormal battery behaviour, such as fast discharge.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, a fall, an impact or exposure to liquids.
  • Failures caused by a virus, malware or unauthorised software modification.
  • Normal wear of consumables (battery after 6 months, fan, keyboard, scratched screen, etc.).
  • Repairs carried out by a third party not approved by Revalo.

4. How to make a claim

In the event of a failure or defect covered by the warranty, the client must:

  • Contact Revalo customer service at contact@revalo.green or +33 7 52 07 41 30, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
  • Provide a copy of the purchase invoice and a description of the problem.
  • Return the faulty equipment to the address given by customer service, with return shipping paid by the client.

After receipt and diagnosis, Revalo repairs or replaces the equipment within an estimated 15 working days.

5. Limitation of liability

Revalo's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of products under warranty. Revalo cannot be held liable for data loss, indirect damage or financial loss related to a hardware failure.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These warranty terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their application will be brought before the competent courts of Revalo's registered office.

7. Final provisions

Any warranty intervention does not extend the initial warranty period. By accepting these terms, the client acknowledges having read the warranty terms and agrees to comply with them.

The French version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
