Our approach
revalo.green sets no advertising cookie without your consent. Audience measurement cookies are only set after you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.

Tools we use
Basic statistics run on Umami, self-hosted by Revalo: no cookie, no persistent identifier, no IP address stored, no cross-site tracking. They are used only to measure site traffic and do not require your consent. Recording of your journey on the site (Umami) is only enabled with your “Audience measurement” consent. With the same consent, if you contact us, your visit is linked to your request using an encrypted fingerprint of your email, never the email itself (details in our privacy policy).
Live chat
The site chat is a Revalo interface. Nothing is sent until you write. When you send a message, we pass the following to our messaging tool Chatwoot (relayed to our team’s internal messaging): your message, the first name and, if you give it, the email you enter, the language of the site you are browsing, your browser language and the page you write from. This information is used only to reply to you. No third-party cookie is set for this.
Booking an appointment
The booking page embeds the TidyCal calendar. TidyCal may set the technical cookies needed for this service, which you request yourself.
How long your choice lasts
Your choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page.
